Description
Turn your favorite photo of a viewpoint from a backwoods adventure or road trip into a one of a kind, hand made block print. Each piece is hand drawn and carved into linoleum block. The block is then rolled with a thin layer of printmaking ink and transferred to paper with a printmaking press.

Commission Process
Submit one photo of your pet. It will take approximately 30-45 days to complete your order. Pending print drying and shipping times, it will take about 2 weeks for your order to arrive once it is completed.

Communication & Timelines
The artist will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the commission. While every effort will be made to meet the agreed-upon timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The client will be notified of any major delays, but the artist is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by such delays.Ownership of Submitted Photo
You must own the rights to the photo you submit for the commission. This should be a photo taken by you, a friend, or a family member. Stock photos are not permitted.Copyright Infringement
The client guarantees that the submitted photograph is not subject to any third-party copyright or intellectual property claims. The artist will not be held responsible for any legal disputes arising from the use of copyrighted images submitted by the client.No Commercial Use
The artwork created through this commission is for personal use only. The client may not sell, license, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the artist.No Preliminary Sketches or Progress Updates
The block carving process is labor-intensive and results in unique, one-of-a-kind artwork. The artist does not provide preliminary sketches, progress updates, or final reviews as part of the commission. These are not required in the commission purchase.Design Requests
You acknowledge that you will not be able to make design suggestions or request changes to the final print. By commissioning this work, you affirm that you have thoroughly reviewed the artist's portfolio and understand the style in which your commission will be created.Artist's Ownership Rights
The artist, Courtney Smith, retains full ownership rights to the artwork created. The design block and all artist proofs will be kept for portfolio purposes. The artist will not produce additional prints for resale or distribution.No Reproduction or Alteration
You may not duplicate, replicate, or alter the artwork in any way. Reproduction or modification of the artwork is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the artist.Marketing and Social Media
The artist retains the right to share images of the work, including both work-in-progress and completed artwork, on social media, their website, and other marketing or promotional channels. By commissioning the work, you consent to the use of these images for such purposes.Digital Artwork and Reproduction
If the commission is a digital artwork or involves digital elements (such as digital sketches or designs), the artist retains ownership of the digital files. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final work for personal, non-commercial purposes only.Payment Terms
The total payment for the commission is due in full prior to the start of the project. No work will begin until the payment has been received. Payments can be made via the website.No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
The client may not request any refunds, returns, or exchanges once the project has been accepted by the artist.Refund Upon Artist’s Refusal
If the artist declines to take on the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.Shipping & Delivery
The client is responsible for all shipping costs. The artist will package and ship the completed artwork securely, and a tracking number will be provided. The artist is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused by the shipping carrier once the artwork has been shipped.Artist's Discretion
The artist reserves the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any point if they believe it is not aligned with their artistic vision or if the process is no longer mutually beneficial. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.Force Majeure
Neither party will be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or other unforeseen events.Alterations to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be revised by the artist from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing, and new commissions will be subject to the updated terms.
